It is clear to me, at least, the the judge and the sheriff should be removed from office by Gov. deSantis, and Constitution-respecting appointees be put in their place.
When most people vote down ballot, they don’t do much research. People should keep files on these types of stories to make ballot decisions easier and prevent stuff like this.

Once gun-grabbers have knowingly violated someone's rights and taken away their guns, they are usually less than willing to acknowledge and undo their "mistake" because in their minds, what they've done is a net positive for society. Sadly, most victims of this are unwilling or unable to fight back.
