It is clear to me, at least, the the judge and the sheriff should be removed from office by Gov. deSantis, and Constitution-respecting appointees be put in their place.
When most people vote down ballot, they don’t do much research. People should keep files on these types of stories to make ballot decisions easier and prevent stuff like this.
Judge Mcfee was appointed by DeSantis for a 6 year term which ends winter ‘25/‘26. Will you remember this then or let it slide?

The larger issue here is w’all expect the individuals who create and exacerbate the illegal actions to fix it?
Our issue at hand is the lack of Law in Our Country. When those who have been elected or appointed to govern (not rule over) Us, don’t adhere or administer written, established law and do so without recourse or penalty, then there is No Law at all, as in none whatsoever.
This judge, sheriff and attorney general need to go to prison, but don’t hold your breath expecting the elitists currently in charge to enact this justice. It will be up to We The People who will eventually (if ever) return Our Country to the Constitutional Republic as originally designed and intended.
At this point, even if she were to divorce her husband, getting those guns returned will be a struggle. Once gun-grabbers have knowingly violated someone's rights and taken away their guns, they are usually less than willing to acknowledge and undo their "mistake" because in their minds, what they've done is a net positive for society. Sadly, most victims of this are unwilling or unable to fight back.

DeSantis needs to fix this as a demonstration of his commitment to the Second Amendment and the universal, God-given right to self-defense.
Why has this not been taken to the Attorney Generals office for the State, all of these infractions.
