and today they finalized the rule that further restricts unlicensed selling. The message is clear.

They want everyone who sells any number of guns in legal private transactions to be afraid of being raided, banged, and murdered at 5am. This was not a botched raid. This was a deliberate message from an agency that needs to be shut down.

They did it because they could do so with no consequences, and to "send a message" to the rest of us mundanes who might get the idea of selling a gun privately without the government's blessing. And I still question if there is a Clinton connection, other than the name of the airport.

A real law enforcement agency? Of which the ATF is NOT!!!!!

Not even close, man.

Sending ten vehicles full of armed agents spoiling for a shooting to arrest one middle aged guy that I assume does not have a criminal record is textbook overkill. This promises to only get worse as decent people no longer are interested in working at the alphabet "law enforcement" agencies and those same agencies are lowering standards to meet DEI criteria to include drug users and people with mental health issues (https://arthursido.substack.com/p/dei-works-to-our-advantage).

These GESTAPO-IZED agencies need to be abolished. Old BEADY-EYES recently

GESTAPO-IZED the IRS. During a gun training exercise an IRS agent accidently

shot and killed another IRS agent. So beware, if you inadvertently, unknowingly,

accidently, etc. violate any of the IRS' convoluted laws, rules or policies (which

even IRS employees don't fully understand) you are subject to being murdered

in your home in the wee hours of the morning without prior notification/warning

of any kind.

The Founders would recoil in horror at the thought of armed federal agents kicking down doors and killing law-abiding Americans in their homes because of some nebulous rule.

Perhaps they recoiled in anger at the sight of armed Red Coats moving in to live in their homes. Of course nothing like that would happen now as ATF/FIB have nice homes, but perhaps the "Newcomers" will oblige us? and then the Federales can assist them?

As Far Fetched as this story prior to Waco.

The ATF needs to beu abolished. ATF, along with numerous other highly weaponized federal agencies, does not adher to Constitutional law nor do they exist for the benefit of law-abiding citizens. These agencies function on behalf of, and under the direction of, the Deep State and global cabal of super wealthy tyrants. Until sufficient patriotic citizens awake from their indifference and ignorance, we will continue to suffer loss of our liberty and freedom, even our lives. Resist, do not comply. Exercise your God given, constitutionally protected human rights.

Sounds like they WANTED to shoot him.

Anybody who breaks into my house in the middle of the night will be met wtih a gun. It's happened 3 times to me, and they ran before I had to fire.

That's a NORMAL REACTION to a home invasion.

I agree. They chose the most dangerous option to serve their warrant -- the one most likely to cause a gunfight.

Biden’s autocratic police state continues to expand and threaten American citizens.

The current administration has commissioned their attack dog, The ATF, to forcefully send a message to the entire firearms industry that the Obama-Biden administration will shoot first and not ask questions later. The message is, "You're being surveilled, you're considered dangerous, you could be next, we are watching you, so if you want safety from us find another line of work or engagement, stop selling firearms or you could be next....as in tomorrow."

If true, why was Mr. Malinowski shooting upwards from the floor?

Why is the ATF taking so long to talk? As we are told so often, “If you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.” Do ATF agents consider a suspect’s reluctance to talk without an attorney a sign of guilt or at least that they’re hiding something? If so, why should WE consider it differently when THEY refuse to talk? What are they hiding?

Was this raid authorized? If not, we have even bigger issues. If so, who authorized it? What information were they given to make that decision? Was it accurate? If so, what are their written standards for such raids? How does the given information compare with their standards? If the information was not accurate, who lied? How can we be certain we will get the whole truth and nothing but the truth when / if the ATF decides to give us any information about this – especially after so much time has already elapsed?

Compare the type / amount of concerning information in the statement released by the attorney to the type / amount of concerning information the ATF had before beginning their surveillance of Mr. Malinowski. Would the information in the statement be at least enough to begin surveillance if it was against a citizen? If so, why is it not enough to begin surveillance / investigation of potential suspects within the ATF?

Are deadly raids such as this what President Biden meant when he said he was going to “crackdown” on “rogue gun dealers”?

“Biden pledges new "crackdown" on gun dealers who violate existing law: "We'll find you"” / Meg Wagner, Melissa Macaya, Melissa Mahtani and Mike Hayes, CNN / June 23, 2021

https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/joe-biden-crime-speech-06-23-21/h_415b41f63b0ad177fb74476567b71004

“President Biden this afternoon announced a “major crackdown” on gun dealers who violate existing law saying his administration would implement a "zero tolerance" policy to ensure weapons dealers "can't sell death and mayhem on our streets.”

“We are announcing a major crackdown to the stem of flow of guns used to commit violent crimes,” he said in a speech addressing a rise in violent crime across the nation. "It is zero tolerance for those who willfully violate key existing laws and regulations."

"If you willfully sell a gun to someone who is prohibited from possessing it, if you willfully fail to run a background check, if you willfully falsify a record, if you willfully fail to cooperate with the tracing requests or inspections, my message to you is this. 'We'll find you and we'll seek your license to sell guns.'"

"We will make sure you can't sell death and mayhem on our streets," he continued. "It is an outrage. It has to end and we will end it."”

Since we already know President Biden changed the definition of “willful”, what other definitions has he changed in order to implement his “crackdown”?

“How to fix the damage Joe Biden has done to the Second Amendment” / Lee Williams / Nov 17, 2023

https://thegunwriter.substack.com/p/how-to-fix-the-damage-joe-biden-has

“As a result, the [ATF] changed the meaning of the word “willful,” and promised zero tolerance for any willful violation.”

If all the evidence of a “rouge” ATF (Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma’s Fincher, Arkansas’ Malinowski, etc.) were instead against a citizen, would the ATF not have enough to proceed with surveillance, obtaining a search and seizure warrant, and arresting that citizen? If so, why is it not enough to do so against INDIVIDUALS that just happen to be employed by a federal agency that has ample suspicions of committing crimes? Can the AGENCY itself cannot commit crimes; or would it be the INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE within the agency?

I’ve always wanted to believe in the goodness and honor of our nation’s law enforcement agencies at the local and federal level, but increasingly in recent years, particularly under Democrat leadership, it’s impossible to keep the faith. When you’re a heavily militarized hammer operating without restraint, everyone looks like a nail.

What makes you think they think this raid was "botched" at all? All the ATF agents went home alive and the suspect paid for his "crimes". I think the ATF got exactly what they wanted: a chance to do a live fire raid for fun. The ATF's political leaders got what they wanted: A gun owner dead. It's a message to the rest of us.

Malinowski shouldn't have been the only victim of that gun fight; he should have been the only survivor.
