He is the hero of every story he tells, and they are fables. It isn't surprising that Biden plays the stats both ways. Even in his prime, he was not an intelligent man. It is common for people of below average intelligence to underestimate the intelligence of others. Biden simply thinks he can lie and we are too stupid to notice.
