We knew a dealer in Palatka who had an employee that turned out to be not so good. There seemed to be some paperwork errors and ATF at the time let him update everything.
This crap is why I did not get a C & R.
I had considered getting a C & R license but at the time Obama was POTUS, so I never followed through. I didn't trust his administration but now I distrust Biden/Harris even more. I don't need ATF to have any excuse to come knocking. I'll gladly pay the local FFL a transfer fee after all they need the income. At least that way THEY cannot come around accusing me of dealing without a license.
