"They're not quitting."

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."

It's the same picture.

Definitely. Anyone with a conscience would have quit ATF years ago.

Yes, we keep hearing about the so-called "good people" that work for the Gov.t but there sure seems to be very few of them.

None at ATF, apparently.

When the government resorts to illegal practices it's due to not having any real authentic cases where wrongdoing had occurred. This story-case is proof that they have nothing legitimate and are desperate and frustrated that home-based FFLs are operating in accordance with Federal and State laws. Again, the question is, why lie and resort to fraudulent claims if you have the truth?

I thought Gov. Abbott told the Feds to stay out of Texas. To leave Texas Businesses alone!

Is he just hot air?

Most politicians are. Under the current (unconstitutional) set of regulations covering FFLs, the states have no say in the matter, although ATF is happy to use restrictive (unconstitutional) state laws to help justify their tyranny.

"Harris was told ATF is “freaking out” over the exposure his case has drawn."

Amazing how this happens when the light of truth is shone upon evil deeds...

The employees in these gestapo-rized bureaucracies should be reminded, that when

the day of reckoning comes, "ignorance of the law or constitution" and "I was just

following orders" pleas will not be acceptable excuses. And that day is just around

the corner.

The end game of the Biden/Bloomberg gun controllers is an NFA-style discretionary permitting system for all firearms with strict limits on the types and numbers that civilians can own, chiefly break-action shotguns (no handguns). Permits take months to get, are only valid for less than a year, and anyone can be rejected for any reason. Their model is the U.K.

Universal background checks then become a code word for making the government the sole supplier of civilian firearms: only federal licensees can transfer firearms, but no one can get (or keep) a license. Except the government.

This is already how it works in D.C. And in Mexico. California isn’t far behind.
