Being a coues deer hunter in Arizona, good optics are key to success. We glass the valleys and mountainsides for hours on end in search of that big buck. They call these deer the gray ghost of the desert and for good reason because they are almost difficult to see at a distance. When you're done reviewing them ship them my way and I'll try them out on my coues deer hunt at the end of October. :)

Very interesting article, thanks. I must admit, though, I'm definitely not in that customer base. I hadn't known there were binoculars in that price range. I've seen scopes of many different sizes, shapes, features and prices, but that MSRP surprised me for binoculars. I've learned something new today. :)

From their website:

(Q) Where are the LUCID OPTICS products made?

(A) All of our products are designed and engineered right here in Riverton Wyoming. Some of our items are made right here at home in the U.S.A. while other items in our line suffer from the reality that in order to be able to offer them at a price point that is acceptable by the market we have them assembled in Asia.
