This AG is reverting back to the "Little Bites" syndrome only so his butt wont

get handed to him quite so soon. Oregon must believe the

Supreme Court is an alien entity.

This is why these ballot measures need to be seriously scrutinized and why it is advisable to vote "No" on any ballot measure that amends a state's constitution. THEY tried this here in Florida to enact a "semiautomatic firearms ban" but luckily the wording was vague, and the FL Supreme court threw it out.

Make no mistake about it there are enough "useful idiots" out there to get this garbage passed. Years ago in Broward County, FL they put a magazine ban on the ballot, and it was voted for. I voted against it and have been voting ever since, but I am beginning to really wonder if voting will make much difference anymore.

None of this will ever be enough for THEM they don't want to ban so-called "assault weapons" of "high-capacity magazines". Nope what THEY are really after is ALL of them! Yes, all of them, your pistols and revolvers, your deer rifle, your sporting clays, trap and skeet guns.

Remember what Senator Feinstein said, "If I had the votes Mr. and Mrs. America turn them all in."

Unconstitutionality has never stopped any Stalinist/Maoist attempt to subvert the rights of any American citizen. At some point we should acknowledge we are at war with an imbedded foreign adversary and do what is needed to preserve our country's sovereignty and its citizen's god given rights.

1. These lawsuits should very easily receive summary judgement and not further enrich any lawyers trying to pad their retirement funds.

2. This AAG should be terminated for cause immediately.

I was lucky enough to grow up in Oregon during a time when everyone was polite to each other and minded their own business. Unfortunately times have changed and I had to move away because I saw these things coming way back in 2015 when they started adding more restrictions and Kate Brown was coming into office. I still have friends and family there who didn't believe me and don't see how much worse things can get. I hope and pray that change can happen, but it is difficult when below you, you have the spiraling tragedy that is California and above you the further deteriorating state of Washington just reinforcing the bad decisions being made.

Ballot "initiatives" are basically a direct democracy election form and as such are unconstitutional in a republic such as America's. At the very least they should be outlawed via federal legislation.

The worst aspect of this idiocy is that they're usually aimed at amending a state's consitutition -- a document that should be considered almost sacred and should be almost impossible to alter.

I'd like to see some legal action on that get started on its way to SCOTUS, where I think the currently conservative court would end this nonsense forever.
