The Leftist elites have developed a working process that lets them chip away at our freedom a little at a time. They write laws that they know are unconstitutional, knowing that it will take years to be corrected in the courts. Then other laws are written based loosely on the original one but not directly linked so the courts won't fix them all at once. It's like a snowball of destruction, aimed squarely at the constitution and freedom.
Any legislator that writes a bill, contributes to a bill, or signs a bill that is unconstitutional should automatically be listed for expulsion and addressed by Congress.
Totally agree. I can understand the anti-gun crowd. They don't like guns. I don't agree with them, but I get it. Raskin wants to throw gun owners in jail -- big difference.
This is a direct assault on the well regulated militia, and proves that Raskin and his filthy communist ilk are sworn domestic enemies of the Constitution. I don't call for his resignation, I call for his arrest (including a nice face plant into the hood of a waiting squad car and a comically brutal body cavity search), his trial, conviction and public hanging while wearing white so everyone will know when he soils himself.

A big part of the intent of this bill is enable many, many more Ruby Ridge situations.

I don't think I'm being too optimistic when I say that the vast majority of the people in
law enforcement and the military are honest, law-abiding citizens, who believe in and
support the constitution and legitimate laws. Having said this, I believe they will join the
honest law-abiding public in the ELIMINATION of the subversives that are trying to destroy
this government and country, so they can take control. The Brits tried to disarm the
colonists, but the colonists used their guns to kick their asses out, so we would not have
to kiss king/queen asses. Thus, these subversives, especially those surrounded by armed
bodyguards, better locate to another country, if they can find one that will have them.
Because, when push comes to shove, we will take no prisoners.
