The ATF has no authority to perform unlawful actions and deprivation of rights under color of law is unlawful. Since ATF agents cannot justify performance of unlawful actions, then they are PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE, and the Sheriff needs to ARREST the Individuals and hold them Individually Responsible for performance of Illegal Actions. The agents need to be in the County Jail Lockup!!!! If they are elsewhere, the Sheriff needs to organize posse to arrest the criminals and bring them back to the county to face local prosecution.
With this ATF gross intrusion on State's Rights to govern their people, and the threat the ATF that they would continue to target other lawful FFL dealers in the state in the future, one has to conclude reasonably that the current administration objective is to create as much conflict as possible between the federal government and state's governments.
A reasonable logical question is, "Does the current presidential administration want a civil war?" And another question is, "Will the states have any power to fight back?"
Oklahoma borders Colorado in the northwest, Kansas in the north, Missouri in the northeast, Arkansas in the east, and Texas in the south. Is it logical to believe that five states will become involved and support their neighbor? One can only hope. Certainly if such action occurs, the feds will have to respond, which if this happens, we will know what actions must begin to take place.
