I live in Oklahoma close to where this took place. I just sent Justin an email to thank him for taking on this abuse of power, I think this is needed in more states where the atf has recently violated civil rights and abuse there power.
I live in Oklahoma and am a member of OK2A, our State's leading organization fighting to preserve / restore our RKBA (Right to Keep and Bear Arms) and other Liberty concerns.

OK Rep Justin “JJ” Humphrey, Sheriff B.J. Hedgecock, and Lee "The Gun Writer" Williams are still on the case against the ATF for their alleged crimes against Russell Fincher.
It's always good to get some encouragement, so please consider sending them a quick "Thank You":
"If Oklahoma State Representative Justin “JJ” Humphrey gets his way, the ATF agents who raided his constituent’s home last June will all be arrested and charged with multiple state crimes as well as civil rights violations.
Humphrey...prepared a probable cause affidavit that he presented to the Oklahoma Attorney General, which outlines the crimes and civil rights violations he believes ATF agents committed [against] Russell Fincher, a federal firearm licensee who also teaches high school and serves as a Baptist pastor.
“The Oklahoma Attorney General referred it to the U.S. Attorney General, but we want to get it to a state grand jury,” Humphrey said. “We don’t want the feds investigating the feds. Let’s get it before an Oklahoma grand jury.”"
"Humphrey believes the ATF agents violated the following state statutes:
§21-1483. Extortion or attempted extortion.
§21-1485. Obtaining signature by extortion.
§21-1484. Extortion under color of official right.
§21-1268. Making Terroristic Threats.
§21-1993.Tampering with or disabling security or surveillance camera or security systems.
He also believes the agents violated Fincher’s civil rights, specifically the Second, Fourth, Fifth and Tenth Amendments.
“I may follow up by adding theft, since they took his guns and never filed a charge...”"
The Oklahoma representative has placed himself squarely in the sights of the ATF, IRS, FBI, and any and all other empowered "Righteous Agencies.". His action to bring charges labels him clearly a threat to the national security and the security of the agencies seeking to "Manage" the American population. This story will be put to the back of all of the national and regional media and only recirculated among those of us interested in the rights of citizens. I wish him Luck. But I lived in the Potomac Sewer for a while and this sort of thing (Holding Federal agencies accountable) just isn't done.
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Last section: "...or an attempt to kill..." - when is using lethal force not an attempt to kill? Isn't the use of a lethal weapon an 'attempt to kill' especially when training teaches against shooting to disable?
I think we all know why. And it's the same reason why the Second Amendment is never really enforced against the people whom it was actually meant to restrain: the government.

Thanks, Scott!
Message to gestapo-rized atf agent mongrel (appropriate rename) and his ilk:
when day of reckoning comes, pleas/excuses that you were just following orders
and/or you didn't know you were violating the law or constitution will not be
acceptable defenses. And the punishment will not just be a slap on the wrist and
a promotion.
Amen!

Why is this never enforced:
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

This Nazi bullshit won’t stop until there are consequences. Hopefully they’re peaceful but either way something needs to change.
Jailing all ATF agents and administrators would be a start.
