The tone in the communications to the MPD is very antagonistic. There may be a better chance of getting results if the messages were written with more congeniality. Even LEOs with a chip on their shoulder would respond better, maybe not effectively, but better.
Take the high road, it's usually got less muck that will stick to your shoes.
From that picture, it looks like someone took their kid's fake guns that they played cowboys and Indians with and turned them in for cash. Great work PD, great work! smh
