This kind of journalism is nothing new to NBC considering that they had to rig a GMC/Chevrolet truck to get it to ignite during their crash tests in their hit piece about the gasoline tanks being liable to explode. This cost NBC big time because GM promptly sued them.
Having the fuel tank outside of the main frame was supposedly so dangerous that NBC felt compelled to report on it, but the fuel tank wouldn't explode so what does NBC do? They blew it up on purpose.
My former boss had one of the afore mentioned trucks so did I. He was broadsided on the side where the gas tank was, truck was totaled, gas tank didn't even leak.
Love it when the anchor says Wow I am shocked by so many things you showed me there. Of course you are when it is presented untruthfully! People are dumb when they blindly believe what is presented and dont ask real questions.
Poor ethics doesn't begin to cover the whole problem with this 'crew'.
I look forward to hearing about the circumstances around the handling of the criminal activities by this crew by federal and local authorities. It will probably be a looong time, but it MAY happen - maybe right after Hunter and Hillary...
