Well written. Apparently in Seattle, a gang shooting that killed one innocent person and injured 6 or 7 others - only one of them part of the rival gang - was acquitted as self-defense by a jury (of idiot Seattlites). So Seattle has de facto constitutional carry, but only if you're a gang member.
Agreed. However the missing part if the equation is that the most threatening criminals are also those writing the laws. And they can't allow for individual freedom or responsibility.
