Years ago I read Matt Bracken's Triology of "Enemies Foreign & Domestic" as each book continues the story followed in sequence. The Only Error in retrospect, is that Each Book's Story is NOW Occuring Simultaneously.

Sad but not unexpected. In the two-tier justice system we have in 2023, Both parties are investigated. One party's investigation is massively 'slow-walked' followed by, eventually, no charges filed or deals. The other party is subject to am raids with camera's rolling, perp walks, charges, court dates, and jail/prison.
IF we actually return the government to the people, and IF the 'investigation' is actually still ongoing, and IF the plea deal was written correctly - there's still a chance.
IF the plea deal has conditions about li'l Brandon's 'truthfulness' regarding the statements in the deal, then MAYBE when the truth comes out about Burisma the deal SHOULD evaporate and full sentencing should occur for all of the above.
That's a whole lot of 'ifs' - but they say every cloud has a silver lining. And the cloud we're living under with Brandon and the Swamp in high gear is going to go away eventually. I hope it's not going to be replaced by a different kind of cloud.
