I am willing to bet that the reason for the secrecy is to protect the illegal unconstitutional policies and intended actions being organized for the purpose of testing the legal landscape of the district courts regarding their willingness to willfully and publicly defy the US Supreme Court. Hawaii is an example of what they hope will spread throughout the nation. A national crisis must be constructed and implemented for any progress to be achieved to defeat the second amendment.
The Office of Gun Violence Protection is an agency which does neither. It won't identify true gun violence and it won't protect anyone from it. It's another ruse. It will promote gun violence designed to be blamed on the second amendment community and it will remove protections from the same demographic.
