Remember a violation would be a felony. If anyone advises or even suggests that another person not comply you have conspiracy.

I know that someone will launch into a long, learned discussion about the definition of conspiracy. Let me reply by stating "wear stripes". You are up against a nation state, not Andy of Mayberry. All they need to do is drag you in for anything, let me repeat ... ANYTHING and you are ruined. Before they are done with you you'll be whistling the Marseillaise, naked, in front of the kissing couple statue in downtown Sarasota, if that is what they want you to do.

This is entirely political. Let me ask, where is Constitutional Carry in Florida? Where is the Sanctuary legislation? Where is Ms. Hammer (Our NRA rep)? Sure call Rubio (hahahaha) but we have to take care of business closer to home. And this should have been done two years ago.

Second amendment issues aside, they (congress, not the ATF director) can make AR15s NFA items, but would have to have an "amnesty" ala 1968 a/k/a an initial registration period, to register the items, and it would have to be TAX FREE. Now, each subsequent transfer would be taxable, but not the initial registration

Well I took the time to call all the numbers listed, I think 3 were bad numbers as i got a recorded message out of service. Only 2 calls were answered by a person the rest was a long winded machine. Maybe I should have moved to Missouri, there legislators got it correct, my rep didn’t even reply to my emails.
