The thing is, the gun-banning lunatics *don't* need the people's support. They have a whole band of traitors in Congress that can (and will) infringe 2A simply by hiding restrictions in pending legislation. The current bloated "Omnibus" bill that will further destroy the economy, for example.

I emailed Rubio and Scott via GOA and received the same form letter I received from them the last time.

That says a lot, and none of it good. Don't forget Scott signed the biggest anti-gun bill in the history of Florida, and Little Marco is pushing a national red-flag bill.

Just a good reason to hammer them some more!

Rubio wrote the Red Flag law in Florida, trust neither of them.

I never said I trusted them. BUT, Rubio's up for re-election, and Scott is an opportunist. So if they get a lot of contact about a certain subject, they *may* go with the way the wind of opinion is blowing.

Yes, I know, and he reminded me of that in his response.

Unfortunately, they're a whole lot better than Demmings or Nelson.

These gun 'safety' organizations are usually set up so you can get a tax deduction for any donations aren't they? How do they legally keep their status as such when they constantly mislead and lie to their contributors? More evidence of how well our government is working... smh

Scott and Rubio, both, while talking a good game - don't seem to back it up with any production.

As much as Marco seems to be a likeable kinda guy, he's past his number of terms and I don't see that he has been preparing anyone to take his place. If the GOP wants to keep being effective, they really need to keep mentoring their replacements. Too many of them still think of Congress as a career.
