The CDC has been years in reporting “gun deaths.” What interests do they have in it for prevention or protection of diseases I have no idea. I can find nothing on their website promoting gun safety. You would think they would stick to what they are purportedly named to do, control disease, yet they seem to feel there is a need to report on guns. If they are considering the definition of disease to be dis-ease, and CDC is actively investigating for it, then they need to start reporting how many lives and injuries are prevented by the use of guns.
Time was 30 yesterday ago that it took TEN victims to count as mass killing. This is defining down the numbers to create scarier stats. Nothing more. Where the standard WAS Stockton it became a midnight turf shooting in a schoolyard with 3 "victims",
I happily use the GVA's definition and then ask those that cite their numbers why they have heard of so few of the mass shooting, pointing out that the media doesn't cover the vast majority of mass shootings because the shooters and the victims are overwhelmingly black. They’re used NOT to showcase or highlight the notoriety of gun violence per sé in the context of the Second Amendment, but rather to show what blundering bunch of idiots this woke regime of divisive racists are in the White House, and how things (eg, gun violence) have gotten worse in woke ‘blue’ cities where criminality rules the streets and gun violence has indeed escalated. After chilling my anger for the brainwashing of Americans by corporate media oligarchs, I will re-close with your hope that this information outlet chooses to do real journalism, chooses to do real research, chooses to report facts, and someday soon ends its corporate idiocracy. For now though, I can highly recommend NOT watching, at all. If you need a little dose of Tucker or Gutfeld, it is easily accessible in short bites online from many sources.
I don't know many who still watch Fox News. Their Business News isn't quite as bad, but still leans to one side too much for me. I catch only a few of their shows and always watch it on Utube with adblockers.

I also watch Fox News, but mainly Special Report, Tucker Carlson, and of course Gutfeld. At lest Fox News will bring on opposing views and have an actual discussion, whereas CNN, BSNBC, have a panel of like minded useful idiots are bobbled headed repeating the same line.
