Coming from Highlands County Fl. and being active in the fishing and firearms community throughout central Florida, I get to hear firsthand. reactions to anything which affects those two prominent demographics. And the most prevalent reaction to the new unlicensed conceal carry law goes something like this, "the bad actors around here are more afraid of a bad situations now that everyone "is" carrying".
It is very true that the most vulnerable members of society, who did not have the financial means to obtain a conceal carry permit in the past, can now do so legally. And all the local gun education instructors are reporting an uptick in business. It seems people are spending the money set aside for a permit, on training now.
The end result, will be a more educated firearms community enjoying life with a much higher degree of safety. The more safe people know they are, the more of life they'll enjoy freely. It is that simple.
Any removal of 2A infringements results in the same political rhetoric and lying. Leftists are liars, it’s who they are. All of their leaders are retarded or arguing in bad faith.

None of the existing gun laws or any other law, like shooting people, prevented any of the shootings over the past weekend - July 04. THEY do not care about so-called "gun violence" THEY only care about disarming "We the People"
In comparison over the Fourth of July weekend, Chicago had 73 shootings with 11 dead, and nobody hears the outrage over that and they have some of the strictest gun laws in the country. If they allow their citizens to arm up again, it might correct itself, but that’s not the narrative the left wants.
Better to live in the "wild west", than try to survive in the philosophical dungeons of the liberal elite.
