I hope and pray we make it to January 2023, and that the upcoming midterms are not fatally rigged so that the voices of conservatives can be heard. This is nothing more then propaganda and click bait.
In order to have your license revoked something way more then a few (which can be in the hundreds of mistakes) clerical error must have taken place and an administrative conference occurred to fix problems. I’d like to see the other side of this story… how about you publish the revocation letter the ATF sent out to the FFL?
And the third generation thing? Hmm how about the grand son apply for an independent FFL under the same trade name as himself as a responsible person on the FFL?
As a FFL holder of multiple license types I think personally we have great ATF industry inspectors that go out of there way to help us out as license holders…
To say there was no due process? Hmm they must have forgot the parts where the ATF calls you for conferences and tries to get you on the road to be complaint… hey who cares what the truth is right?
