The Republicans SHOULD have had some amendments of their own, so they could appear to be 'compromising'. Amendments that would: 1. repeal the Red Flag laws, 2. recognize that Jim Crow laws were the original reason for the infringements, 3. OPEN CARRY, 4. restrict any future laws infringing on the Bill of Rights.
At least they're making it look like an attempt this time. Still waiting to see if it actually passes. With so many RINOs in T-Town, I'm hesitant to think this is going to make it.

I advocate a bill expelling all democrats from the state. 2) With an 80% majority Florida will be the only permitless carry state in the nation without open carry? Are you for real? It's gonna sail thru the legislature, but it's got an effective date of July 1. But that can change.
Those crazy Democrats. Let them require a "mentally fit" exam and drug test on themselves, very few would pass.
