I have one quibble: i detest the dichotomy of LEO/civilian. Unless they are in Reserve status with the armed forces, police officers are civilians. Civilians should all have access to the same arms as the military. There shouldn't be "special" groups of civilians, which I contend violates the patents of nobility clause of the US Constitution as well as the 2nd Amendment.

That's a pretty good quibble. Point taken.

"Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda" quote from Comrade Hilarity Rotten Clintoon.

Go tell any Cop he is a "Civilian" and note the response. Do it as a test, If you even dare!

Me/We/You are "Sheeple" to the vast majority of the polezi here in the USSA. Nothing particular about the Polezi becoming ProgreSSives, even the "Conservative" officers are all too often Authoritarian...... but they All have the Power of the Badge, and absolute power Corrupts Absolutely.

The term "Peace Officer" is as archaic as the 10th Amendment, nowadays only "Law Enforcement" is used, and damn the Law to be Enforced, "It's my Duty" and You Will Comply.

Agree. Cops are NOT civilians. In fact, they are often equipped with sueplus military gear. Also, while most are inadequately trained on many levels, one thing we all know they are trained to the max on are firearms and shooting actual civillains.

This IS The Question, Police Follow their Elected Masters. "Why" is that a problem???

Because That Is Demoncrazy!!! We are Sooo brainwashed. Constitutional Law is becoming "esoteric".

Police "should" follow the "Law" but then "What" laws???

This is a Societal Problem inbedded within the Populace, favoring Centalized Gov, ProgreSSive and Anti-"Demonctatic" selecting their "Enemies" and Ignoring Criminals in democRat jurisdictions. Cities are already Divorced from Rural Areas even within most States like Georgia, or Florida as examples.

Our Country and Constitution were meant for a Moral People according to John Adams, and is wholly inadequate for any other (people).

Law is Enforcement for those that have No Personal Ethics, or Tyrannical Enforcement by those who have No Personal Ethics. (FIB/ATF/IRS) It Works Both Ways.

Location. location, location ....... We are in the "Separation Phase" before the (Inevitable?) Divorce. People Are Voting with their Feet.

Many Gov Bureacrazies have Openly Violated "Bruen". like in Illinois and MD etc but "Where" are the contesting Court Cases??? realizing there may be no relief until/if it can get to the Supreme Court and heard*. After refusing the 20 State case on sElection Fraud from 2020 relying on the SooPreeme Court for Constitutional Liberty is a roll of the dice. Wonder "Why" the written decision in Bruen has it's author, Clarence Thomas under personal attack? democRats Are Bolsheviks , could be the simple answer.

Could you list any pending court cases in your next post?

This is a pretty long & involved course of fire. I reviewed the whole 10 sections. Ugh! Some of the draw & fire times are dangerously short & most new shooters couldn’t achieve it. The 10 separate courses-of-fire is ridiculously over the top, overly complicated & dare I say, destined to ensure failure.

Why do NJ citizens continue to vote in these awful representatives who screw them over? How does this truly bad Governor get elected? Looks to me that the majority of NJ voters are stuck on stupid!

My thoughts exactly, sir!

I say, let NJ have the best conceal carriers in the nation. Setting the bar HIGH, so high that only the best of the best and the lowest of the lowest, will end up carrying guns, with the former doing so legally and the latter illegally. Of course, as you might suspect, I just fell and hit my head and now everything in NJ makes perfect sense.

NY takes a more....sensitive approach by making the entire state a......sensitive place---GFZ. However I think it's more entertaining in NJ where everyone MUST be John Wick. The liberal brain on display is quite telling isn't it. But we haven't seen anything yet, MA is currently pulling all the stops out and going to make everything "Firearms" illegal except Black Powder on Sunday's from 9-12.

California is looking oh so conservative these days.

Some parts of this are reminiscent of the test at the end of the NRA basic pistol course but the kneeling and bladed approaches are not. A 25 yard shooting requirement is ludicrous and of little value in judging one’s competence with a handgun.

I couldn't agree more.

"S"elected officials know they can just cheat their way to election "wins" and therefore don't have to be accountable. That's why they are emboldened to act this way. When election fraud is eliminated, so will this ridiculous infringement. The vast majority of Americans believe in the right to carry a gun for protection, and when their votes are actually counted as their will, these Globalist useful idiots won't be able to walk down the street without ridicule following them.

Lee, the yahoo censor twits have recently routed some of your emails to the

spam file. I have alienated them on numerous occasions. They are members of

the anti-second amendment crowd. Have any of your other members experienced this?

Have a good day!

It happens. I use Yahoo too. I'm checking my spam filter daily. Still, better than Google.
