How can suing the ATF & Co. change the fact that pot is still illegal in the US. Fried is using taxpayer funds to sue the Feds over something that is probably a legislative issue. If cannabis is to be declassified, decriminalized, or legalized doesn't existing legislation needs to be amended to do so?
Me thinks this is nothing but political showboating on her part.
If any of us had falsely filled out the 4473, we'd be in jail yesterday. But when Democrats like Hunter Biden and Nikki Fried do it, the FBI looks the other way. I am so sick of the dual justice system going on in this country. We don't have systemic racism, we have systemic injustice.
Fried’s politics notwithstanding, this is an issue that a lot of folks are still unaware of. I’ve talked to people who I know have considered medical pot and explain if they’re applying for a concealed carry permit or planning on buying a gun that they will be potential felons. None of the serious gun owners I know are in that boat however. I dont think the gummint will change the policy any time soon so there will ultimately be a court case that involves a citizen violation, but meanwhile I am interested in seeing how Fried’s [political grandstanding?] beef with the ATF will play out
So it becomes a rights issue when Nikki’s rights become personally affected.

Fried, as in like an egg. She's so damned anti-gun, that this is laughable.
She obviously wants to pick and choose which laws to obey.
She probably 'feels' that one should be ignored.
