Texas AG Ken Paxton needs to intervene. So does the Trump Administration. 77 million Americans voted for this kind of abuse of power by the ATF to stop.

For Heaven's sake, what is the difference between what ATF did (seizure without legal recourse) and what an armed robbery gang would do?

Holy F’n crap! It’s time for D.O.G.E. to audit the entire ATF communist network. It’s time to send them to their own HELL! Disgusting! 🤢

Someone within the Trump administration must right this wrong!

It's time to end Biden's unaccountable ATF.

The next ATF director should be its last.

Abbott needs to step up and get this guy freed and have his record expunged. Then he needs to use state funds to sue the living s*** out of the ATF and get the jack boot fairies who arrested this guy fired and forbidden to have a govt job ever again and take away all their gun rights!!!!!

How about Musk and his boys auditing the ATF? Then defund it.

This poor guy is a rare specimen. He has legal standing on TX suppressor manufacture. His attorney… does he have shit for brains. You can’t tell me that FPC, NRA, NAGR, GOA, SAF doesn’t want a piece of this action.

Hard to take legal action if no charges were ever filed. This is armed robbery. Any Texas ATF agents, especially those with man buns, should be charged for assault, armed robbery and any other charges the state of Texas can throw at them.

The old ways of dealing with this stuff just aren't working. Bringing these agencies to heel is one part of the equation but so is dealing with the corrupt judiciary that allows this to go on without repercussions.

They should contact the Institute for Justice. I donate to them every month. They do good work about government overreach.

If you’re gonna deal with stuff that is regulated by the NFA, you better know exactly what you’re getting into because you’re gonna be under a microscope.

The supremacy clause is the consistent ATF constitutional argument that must be defeated and in clear, blunt language (that the US Supreme Court is too timid to use in its gun rights language) defending all aspects of gun rights, outside the complete repeal of the Gun Control Act of 1868….knowing these facts are still relevant, went your pants and cry to your momma, are the only options you have left…because I certainly don’t trust even the “conservative justices” to not be scared of the ATF Nazis💀
