Going after actual criminals is scary and stuff, easier to harass law abiding gun shop owners and sometimes they even get to play dress up with their tactical gear.

No surprise here. ATF was never about enforcing the law, just scoring points with Democrat politicians. Just ask Mr. Malinowski in Little Rock and the dead at Waco - that's right, you can't.

I fear Mr. Szabo is not just being just harassed, he is being set up by the ATF. Indiana is very much a state where gun ownership is supported by the public. It doesn’t make sense that the county sheriff hasn’t moved on investigating this. Yes, they aren’t as qualified as ATF, but a Constitutional Sheriff’s job is to protect citizens rights. https://cspoa.org/sheriff-richard-mack/how-to-find-out-if-your-sheriff-is-a-constitutional-sheriff/

Sad for the gun dealer! But not surprised! Hopefully this article (shared) and public outcry can drive some legal action and punishment against the criminal gun shop employee. If this was a bad FFL inspection - OH BOY! But a simple to prove rifle theft by a no-good gun shop employee - "we'll pass on that" says the ATF. Hope this concludes with justified penalties and prosecution of the bad guy! Keep up the good work SAF!

I did not know Hunter was the employee in Question?

The best case scenario right now is for AG Patel, also acting director of the ATF, to eliminate the ATF, folding its essential duties into the FBI. The two bonuses would be American gun owner could sleep a bit better and American taxpayers would be supporting less federal employees

Another distinct possibility is that the offending employee, is actually an ATF plant to see if the FFL would cover up his crimes. That way the ATF could shut down another FFL.

This scenario, while hypothetical, could explain why the ATF isn't pursuing a case, which could expose their entrapment schemes.

I wouldn't put it past them, especially considering their past.

The murderous ATF are worthless POS's they belong in prison not a law enforcement agency. I hope Kash Patel pulls the plug on them after Elon Musk gets through with them.

Not Surprised, wonder if we will ever get back to Freedom like in the 60's and 70's
