The ATF has never been anything other than a fascist organization but the Biden regime has now totally weaponized it against gun dealers -- first the small, then the large and ultimately the stores whose firearm sales are only a part of their overall inventory. When Republicans take over the government one of their first obligations to freedom must be to defund and shut down the ATF locks, stocks and barrels of every gun it's illegally confiscated from citizens.
The primary purpose of the Second Amendment is to ensure citizens will always have the power to overthrow oppressive government by killing those in government until rights are restored. The Founders envisioned the citizens having the power to replace their government at any time. This applies to the entire government, and it applies to the ATF.
Back during the Obama administration I had the C & R application sent to me but never filled it out or applied. Obama's ATF or Obama INC. had this attitude that if you sold any guns without an FFL you were in violation. I do all of my transfers through a local FFL, even if knowing I could , well you can't even ship a gun anymore. If I had a C & R I'd be anticipating a visit from these jackbooted thugs.

I am…requesting a thorough investigation to determine whether Mr. Fincher's Second and Fourth Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution have been violated.
I believe the investigation should encompass the following:
• Whether ATF agents abused their law enforcement powers to coerce and extort Mr. Fincher into terminating his federal firearms license.
• Whether agents issued threats against firearms dealers in Oklahoma.”

The ATF needs to be abolished immediately, they are overreaching their authority. If you can't abolish them defund them. Congress must close the money hole of the ATF
Has the aggrieved party, Mr. Fincher tried contacting The Institute For Justice? As I understand, they have supported the individual against abusive government agencies. Additionally, the ACLU SHOULD be a source of assistance, though unfortunately there is a large difference between what Should Be And What Is.
The abuses of the federal government just keep coming and I have the same question every time. What can we do about it? We need solutions and it's hard to have any hope when many judges are also corrupt. Is anyone else tired of this like I am?
