So the poorly-defined crime of 'being in the business without a FFL'. Basically a tax issue. Certainly nothing to justify a 6am dynamic entry tactical raid.
ATF does this because they can, and it intimidates the public. Or maybe there's other motives - did that rare coin collection disappear after the raid? This is Clinton country - did Malinowski know "too much"? Is this a very public case of Arkancide, a la Epstein? The sad thing for our country is that not only do things like this happen way too often, there is often a back story that we only learn in bits and pieces years later.
