Rogue gun dealers. really! The ATF can revoke a FFL license for a misspelled word on Form 4473.
And BTW Joe, it is a felony to lie on that ATF Form 4473, you know the same form that the "smartest person you know" lied on, but hey now our "I support the Second amendment, BUT" politicians want to investigate any false negative on the NCIS background check. Okay we know where they can start.
IMO they are looking at a delay tactic. If they can delay the release the information wont be as meaningful to the conversation 2 years from now. People that may not act illegally but act unethically are all trash and should lose their jobs.
There certainly are a handful of bad dealers who are knowingly selling to gangsters with straw purchases but as usual the "solution" is to go after the little, law abiding FFLs like me instead of focusing enforcement efforts on the handful of problem dealers and the actual criminals.
How do gun owners and 2A advocates get directly involved in this issue - what if every member of the SAF sent in their own FOIA request directly related to this issue? Sounds like a good use of the 1st Responder Program.

I would love to know how to unwind this very expensive dysfunctional government....just don't see that happening barring catastrophe. Better men have tried. And failed.
