If you read the ‘Budget and Performance’ page on the aft website , the bureau is so far off the reservation it’s really unbelievable. What are they effectively doing? I say absolutely nothing. I wonder if they’re even trying to get guns from actual criminals and curb the proliferation of killing in places like Chicago , Baltimore and St. Louis. The aft is a rogue organization and needs to be abolished. A new administration can replace the aft with a functional and effective service. I hope someone sues these individual agents and the director into oblivion for destroying peoples livelihood’s. Turnabout IS fair play.
What a chicken 'you know what' enforcement attitude towards this home based FFL business.
First the FFL is cleared and reduced to writing, then the ATF changes it mind. Then Agent Loving claims he can't comment, it's an on going investigation (sound familiar?); then he gives a non-working number for the PIO. You can't make this stuff up.
How are we 2A folks supposed to stay within the confines of the law if the bureaucracy keeps moving the goal posts?
It is past time to abolish the ATF. They are no longer capable of being just. They are bullying these FFL holders into surrendering their freedoms. Enough is enough, Defund them altogether. We need to get rid of government agencies and start over after vetting the applicants properly.
