It's funny how I had 24hrs no matter how complex it was to look up the tracing info they requested or I could be stripped of my ffl or face heavy fines, but when the shoe is on the other foot they get as much time as they feel they need....... Info should be a two way street. But as always do as we say, not as we do.......

But Joe's son Hunter can lie on the ATF Form 4473, which is if I'm not mistaken a felony, but that's okay. Well no it isn't okay.

According to many public officials, if you haven't been provided with evidence by the ATF then there IS no evidence.

Turn the story around.

The ATF has proven there are no 'rogue' FFLs who “willfully” transferred a firearm to a prohibited person, and/or who refused to cooperate with a tracing request from the ATF.

The 'proof' is in their inaction. I'm 'sure' they would have responded appropriately, under the law, if there WAS any evidence.

If my memory hasn't failed me, I believe the most recent times FFLs have “willfully” transferred a firearm to a prohibited person was at the direction of the ATF and USAG Eric Holder's DOJ.
