Considering all the dubious shenanigans of the current regime, it may be a good time to remind readers of what their constitutionally protected rights actually are, and provide a bullet point list of actions and responses they should consider taking, in the event of a "visit" from any number of alphabet soup goon squads.
Obviously not all scenarios can be preplanned, and varying jurisdictions can alter some technicalities, but I do think that some succinct notes would be very helpful to many people who may be confused by recent government actors.
One of the obvious questions that we need to address is, "How did the ATF know that the homeowner had recently purchase 7 guns, and how did they have the specific serial numbers and other sensitive information if a registry doesn't exist?"
This video seems to point directly to the fact that federal agencies do indeed have a firearms register; an act that is forbidden by federal law.
LE has "Decicsions" to make. The Constitutional Bill of Rights is the Senior Law of Any USA Government. "Laws" were made in Nazi Germany, and Soviet Russia as well.
If there is 'no' gun registry and NICS records can only be held for a very limited time period, how does the AFT know what firearms that Delaware gun owner had?

Great idea, John!
He may indeed be a good leader, but I'm not holding my breath. What ATF needs far more than a leader is a massive delivery of pink slips.
This video is a couple of years old I think, but the ATF has been door knocking for awhile., and this is such poetic justice, imo.

A classic. The ATF agent sued the Columbus cops in 2020, but I can't find suit's current status.

We need discovery on this issue ASAP!
Dettelbach is a typical, anti-2nd A, anti-private firearms, Fascist SOB, and he'll continue the assault until he and Bidenski are gone.
Friendly advice to honest law-abiding government agents/ law enforcement officers/etc. :
You have the right to disobey any order directing you to do something illegal. So, don't
let some ASSHOLE put you in harm's way, because doing something illegal could be
hazardous to your health .
Bully, John! Oo-Rahh! Huzzah!
