A probing attack, comrades. This is War. Califoreignia is behind enemy lines, suspect anything coming from there. Good pushback on CMP, but conduct yourself accordingly. ATF is on the move nationwide to implement controls to curtail the supply / distribution lines.

At the very least it’s a good litmus test as to how strong the group believes in the 2nd Amendment and is willing to be complicit tyranny. Grade: F!

Hoping somehow this was a mistake in releasing a proposal base don possible future requirements and nothing more. Otherwise this gets scary fast.

I'm not a member of the CMP so I'm not particularly interested in who or what caused this annoying screw-up, but what really fascinates me is why those idiots haven't bailed out of gun-hating Communist Kalifornia years ago for more gun-friendly accommodations. It's not exactly as if the handwriting hasn't been all over the wall in bold caps for decades.

That they haven't reminds me of the equally dumb Amateur Trap Association (ATA) leadership's reverse idiocy when it abandoned historically gun-friendly Vandalia, Ohio, for gun-hating Illinois -- specifically the burg of Sparta, to which the Illinois Department of Natural Resources lured them with a big new shooting facility for the Grand American. Now, thanks to gun-hating Gov. J.B. Pritzker and promises of huge revenues that never materialized, the ATA will probably pull up stakes and head for Missouri.

Granted, moving an entire organization can be pricey, but if you use your head and apply a little common sense you probably only need to do it once.
