Tell your Senators to oppose putting a gun control activist in charge of ATF
President Biden's nominee for ATF director has worked for two national gun control groups.
“Secure that gun, locked and unloaded and hide it behind the cans of tuna and beef jerky that you have stored in a cabinet and only bring that out if the zombies start to appear,” said David Chipman, President Biden’s nominee for ATF director, according to a column written by the NSSF’s Larry Keane.
Zombies?
Damn.
By now you know all there is to know about Mr. Chipman, from his 25-year career at the ATF to his paid activism for Giffords and Everytown, to his false claims that Branch Davidians at Waco “used two .50 caliber Barretts to shoot down two Texas Air National Guard helicopters,"
I’m sorry, friends, but someone with opinions like that should never become director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and it looks like it’s up to us to stop it.
Contact your Senators now and tell them to oppose Chipman’s nomination.

Please keep this in mind — phone calls to public officials are good, emails are better, but an actual written letter is by far the best. It’s hard for Senate staffers to ignore actual written correspondence.
Please take action as soon as you can.
We don’t have a lot of time.
Thanks,

Done! I emailed my two US senators. Thank you for helping to alert your readers to this ridiculous nomination, Lee.
Arizona, done. I am afraid the emails just fell on 4 deaf ears.
