The ATF should be disbanded, or at the very least thoroughly investigated and purged of these idiotic people like Bodell and his management. My fear is that they are just going to hide under their desks and try to wait out Trump. I hope Matthew can bring the ATF to its knees and free Patrick Adamiak. Jeffery Bodell needs to pay for what he has done to Patrick. The judge needs to be disbarred along with Bodell. The Supreme court needs to nullify the ATF and go ahead with constitutional carry and congress needs to do away with all NFA BS.

Thanks for the update Lee this sounds promising for a change, but unfortunately to knock 10 years off his term is ridiculous. He should be pardoned. I’m praying for him that poor petty officer has been railroaded. It’s a short story that turned into war in peace.
This case illustrates how in a "free" country, where our rights are guaranteed in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, we now have no rights. Government agencies can and do trample all over us and our liberty. Yes, there is a Deep State, hidden well until recently. But, the real problem is that we have been complacent, compliant and asleep at the wheel. Our rights are precious and we should be alert, defending them at all times and at all cost. Rights taken away (or given away) are very seldom regained. Our strength as a Republic is guarded by our right to keep and bear arms. When we allow that right to be infringed upon, we allow the Republic to be put in danger. The enemy is both within and outside. We need our guard to be up always, not only for us but for our country as well.

Hopefully Larosiere can increase interest by introducing new evidence. It’s a derelict court. Tate needs to be exonerated.

Contact the White House and your Senators and Reps and tell them to disband the ATF.
