Pray that MA1 Adamiak's release from this federal prison becomes a reality. A full pardon that lets him start over with a clean slate.
If only he had some civil recourse to drag the lying ATF agent and the prosecutors into a civil court and extract some remuneration from them and clear his (Adamiak) name after his pardon. I'm guessing that these government employees have some sort of qualified immunity and cannot be sued.
If he does get a pardon, they will probably sweep everything under the rug. The Lying /, cheating murderers of the ATF need to be buried under the prison.
You may very well be correct in your assumption, but never say never…after all, I was very surprised when the hidden documents of Russiagate found their way into the daylight. One would think that the alleged perpetrators of the Russiagate hoax would have swept those documents under the rug… regarding the ATF, I had been watching their misdeeds since the Randy Weaver fiasco.
I sincerely hope that President Trump reads Tate's letter or at least a compassionate staff person who will relay the information, and that he gets the full exoneration he deserves. I also hope that the President will think about the damage created by the rogue ATF. The ATF should be abolished.
