Incredibly thorough and well-researched article. Every time I come here, I leave far better informed.

Establishing a special legislation to counter and correct the injustices perpetrated on California’s population will be the only way for them to regain their freedoms established under our constitution. The real problem with California is their corrupt election fraud. But I guess that’s pretty much the same with the rest of the criminals running all of the blue states. If the populous of all of the blue states don’t take a stand their children and their children’s children will be forever damned. Sad..

More broadly speaking, it might be time to take away California's self-governance as they have shown themselves incapable of making rational decisions.

Did we, legal gun owners, ever find you what was in Bondi's report to Trump? Where is the list of anti-Second Amendment laws Justice says need to be revised or, better yet, repealed? What has Trump and Bondi done for us lately? It seems our various gun organizations, spending our dues and contributions, are doing more to win back our rights in court. Thanks to them, but why is protecting 2A costing us money. Hello, Pam, Donald, are you listening?

California is a great place to start, but all could use some legal help with our gun rights.

Do CARB too. California got too big for its britches a long time ago. Probably why there’s so much poop on their sidewalks. Lol.

The laws are so contradictory and labyrinthine that, along with the CADOJ's general refusal to provide clarity through issuing regulation, they should be struck down under the Due Process Clause alone.
