It would be just and fitting for the Trump Administration to free Patrick Adamiak, fully pardon him and restore his property, his rank and his Second Amendment rights. Money should be taken from Biden’s Gun Violence Prevention budget and used to compensate this fine sailor for all he has suffered. President Trump should take one of the Democrats’ stupid communist holidays like “Earth Day”, “Trans Day of Visibility” and declare it Second Amendment Appreciation Day. Once and for all we need to unequivocally establish the correct cultural narratives. Let the Left protest and we will just continue to celebrate our rights!
I am amazed this case hasn't been appealed, by the government! It should be a slam dunk for the DOJ to do.
Retry the case, the charges will all be dismissed with prejudice, his rights will be restored, his service record cleared, his rank resumed, and his life returned.
The prosecutors and "expert witnesses" from the original trial should be arrested and tried.
The only problem with a Presidential pardon, is it will be baggage for his future. So many in the DOD have level IV TDS that it will be a constant hurdle in his career.

Instead of some little appeasement efforts, the Trump administration should do some real work in restoring our full uninfringed Second Amendment rights. For instance, abolish the ATF.
