The more I read, the more is clear; the atf-fool lied & Adam's lawyer wasn't competent. Still ,this travesty cannot be left as is; Adam can start the lawsuit against his former lawyer & the 2A community can KEEP writing, emailing Trump, screaming holy HELL. Injustice in the USA, huh; who'd have thought,huh? Asks the guy in the blues of blue states(10 rnd,max;5k/years for standard cap mags, export laws, SP who testify like that at guy,perjury).

The Adamiak case is an unfortunate demonstration of an attitude common among unrestrained police agencies, such as ATF, the FBI, and Stalin's NKVD: they cannot admit to making a mistake and will double down on the error. So many innocent people in Russia heard this from their arresting officers: "The NKVD doesn't make mistakes." This could be a motto for ATF as well.
