Delaware joins New York, California and many other states on my 'no-go' list. Not that there's anything to see there or do there anyway...

It's been said so many times, it's beyond ridiculous.

If people who violate the constitution and their oaths of office aren't punished, there is nothing that will stop them from repeating those violations.

NO legislator should ever be allowed to vote on a law or regulation that allows them to violate the constitution, any law or regulation, or a citizen's rights.

Relying on voting them out of office is aiding and abetting criminal behavior.

That's WHY we have law enforcement.

The conclusion: Congress and law enforcement (among others) are involved in a process that contributes to their own ongoing criminal activity.
