Adamiak is the victim of a government overreach. ATF's case and the DOJ prosecution are built on lies. Someone should request a retrial or a Presidential pardon for him. Additionally the ATF's investigator Bodell and DOJ prosecutor Liu should be prosecuted for lying under oath.
The ATF has no reason to be. Take the "F" out of it, let the remaining organization look at alcohol, tobacco and explosives. The second amendment makes the "F" function in ATF unconstitutional and wrong.
