Making already illegal stuff more illegaler is easier than actually going after the criminals. The politicians can say "we did something!" and feel good about themselves. I keep any eye on lots of the "mass shootings" in America, most involving a particular minority and Glocks with "switches" and almost without exception the person(s) involved already have a lengthy criminal record. Maybe we should lock up people who have proven incapable of living in a decent society instead of passing redundant laws?

Why would we do that! Afterall according to Robert Kukla in his book "Crime Comtrol, Not Gun Control" which was written 50 years ago; Three-fourths of all crime is committed by previous offenders.

An auto handgun firing in an auto mode would be uncontrollable unless it had a brace to aid it from rising up and around.

Anything! Any firearm regulation, anything to clog the system. This device, then that device. there's a pattern here.

Anyone with more than two functioning brain cells, which rules out most Democrats, criminals are criminals, because they are criminals. No law or legislation is going to change that. But THEY know that.

As long as criminals are left to roam the streets with the rest of U.S. the more rules and regulations THEY can impose upon U.S. If worked for the Bolsheviks', the Italian Fascists, and the German National Socialist.

One may hope Alabama has the good sense to focus on criminals.

I wonder how much of this "gun violence" is attributable to Dem run cities who are reluctant to incarcerate potential voters?

Many of the federal cases (ATF, looking at you) were the result of investigations started by local law enforcement. - from the article; statement in parentheses added by me.

Isn't this usually the case?
