After reading the article and in particular the VIPD parts, if the VIPD still has NOT made substantial changes after twenty-two years, what is the point of a special investigation if it does not result in meaningful change? If Robert Luna (LASD) simply chooses to continue foot dragging this along until Trump leaves office, who will really, and actually do something about it?...Nobody.
This is yet another example of how SCOTUS screwed up by allowing states to keep permit systems in place to rule over the constitution. Because the 2A can be subject to requiring a permit, so can ALL THE OTHER RIGHTS.
New York and California both need to be overthrown. The only way I would move back to Northern California is a complete change of leadership to the red side.
Next target: NYS; the system of issuing licenses and acquisition amendments by the various Counties (with full consent of the NYSP) and delays/denials of ammunition purchases by NYSP needs very careful scrutiny by the USAG's office.
If NYS wants licenses approved by a Judge, I'd recommend Clarence Thomas or Samuul Alito.
I was stationed at the Long Beach Naval shipyard back in the mid eighties and Brown was the governor but it sure hadn’t become the cesspool it is today. Thanks democrats for the total disregard of peoples rights and the crap hole it’s been turned into today. Their voting system has to be revamped. The corruption runs so deep.
